WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM MICRONEEDLING?

Microneedling is suitable for men and women of all ages, and of any skin colour. Before having a treatment, please consult the consent form in order to know more about the contraindications. In comparison with other technologies, microneedling can be done all year round.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

During this procedure, our DermaPen, which is Health Canada approved, is used to create micro-injuries to the skin. Once we have removed all makeup and desinfected the skin, a numbing cream is applied on the skin in order to make the treatment more confortable. Then, a Hyaluronic Acid serum is applied onto the skin.   The depth of the needles is adjusted depending on the skin type and zones we are treating. The micro-needles will create thousands of micro-perforations at a very high speed, creating micro-channels that will absorb the serum into the skin. Those micro-injuries stimulate collagen and elastin, resulting in a skin rejuvenation.
