Shipping Policy

CANADA : All orders over $ 50 CAD will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. Orders will be delivered between Monday and Friday, orders will be received within 2-3 business days after payment has been cleared. All orders with the DELIVERY OF THE FOLLOWING DAYS ordered before 16:00 will be received the next business day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 16:00 on Thursday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday the following week.

 

U.S. : All orders over $ 50 USD will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. All U.S. orders will be delivered to the address of your choice and will require a signature. Please provide a phone number for your order so that your local mailbox can contact you. Orders will be received within 5-10 business days after payment has been cleared.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return : We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for any unused and unopened merchandise, excluding shipping costs. Refund requests must be made within 28 days of receiving your order. If you would like to return your order, please email us at info@enveelashes.com with the subject line "RETURN" and indicate your order number in the message content. Refunds are made in the original method of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as a "Bill To" customer.

 

Exchange : In case you want to exchange unused and unopened products, please email info@enveelashes.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE" and indicate your order number in the message content with the product (s) you wish to be exchanged. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours to make a refund, return or exchange upon receipt of returned items, if necessary.
